“Baiduri Prestige started with 149 members and
a team of two in 1999. As the Prestige teller and
assistant, I regularly communicated with Prestige
clients to understand their needs and provide
updates on their accounts, which gave me the
opportunity to help ideate new, personalised
products and services for our clients. These included
thoughtful gifts like birthday cakes and tailored
hampers, as well as an exclusive Prestige magazine.
It’s been amazing to see the Prestige programme
grow from our team of two in 1999 to today, where
there are three Prestige centres, 6,000 clients, and
10 relationship managers.”
