Baiduri Bank’s Internet Banking Service (i-Banking),
launched in July 2001, revolutionised the banking
experience by offering unparalleled convenience,
enhancing accessibility and meeting the evolving
needs of an increasingly digital-savvy customer base.
Baiduri Bank continued investing in tech-forward
solutions for its customers, delving into mobile
banking in late 2007. This advanced banking service
operated via an interactive voice response (IVR)
system, enabling customers to pay bills, top-up

prepaid mobile phones, and utilise other value-added
services securely on their mobile phones. From
there, the Bank enhanced its Personal Internet
Banking service in September 2009, reaffirming its
dedication to providing cutting-edge solutions that
empower customers and align with the government’s
e-initiatives. This exemplified the Bank’s continuous
evolution and adaptability to meet the changing
needs of its clientele.
